Splus Associates was founded by a group of BIM specialists and structural drafters who spent years working inside architecture and engineering firms — and kept running into the same problem: project teams losing weeks to coordination errors, incomplete documentation, and slow turnarounds from outsourced drafting partners.
We built Splus to be the partner we always wished we had. A team that understands construction workflows, communicates proactively, and delivers documentation that's ready to build from — not just ready to review.

Every model and drawing we deliver is checked against project specifications before it leaves our hands. We'd rather take an extra day than send you something that creates a problem on site.
